Hello All,

Can anyone please let me know and confirm that I have secured a job offer in NOC C in Manitoba. So after 6 months or 12 months am I be eligible for MPNP ?

Or can I ask my Employer to go for Employer Direct Pathway? Please find the link below -https://www.immigratemanitoba.com/information-for-employers/recruitment-options/

On the other hand, there’s one more pathway is which is Direct Recruitment. Link -http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/information-for-employers/employer-direct-recruitment/
But this pathway requires atleast one adaptability factors which I don’t have any. Probably I will have 6-12 months of experience after completing it.

So which would be a better option to move forward?
Thanks in advance.

NOTE - I am from India and I have no close relative, no work experience in Manitoba and have also not completed any education in Manitiba

These are pathways for employers not applicants. The employer must meet all eligiblity requirements. So your employer, not you has to go through the process. If positive, then you apply with one of the immigrant streams.

First link - overseas recruitment. Your employer has to have exhausted all avenues and not able to hire any Canadian or PR. Then they work with Manitoba Immigration and the job offer must be through one of their recruitment missions. Haven’t been recruitment missions in a while.

Second link, same thing - can’t hire Canadians and can prove it. Your employer must submit a list of candidates not just you, and assess all candidates based on the qualifying factors.

Thanks for your help.

I do know that everything has to be done by the Employer, so Second link (Direct Recruitment) would be more feasible as per you?

Actually, my employer has asked me to explore and investigate all the possibilities and they will work accordingly. So if nothing worked, then my Employer will go for LMIA application.

Your employer needs a LMIA.
