Hello everyone.

I had a query in case an applicant accepts a Provincial nomination and get the extra 600 points. I understand that the applicant will have to travel to the province that nominated him/her. What are the conditions after that? Do we have to work there for atleast 2 years? What is the way to get the NOC stating that the applicant could not find a job and hence needs to move out? Is it easy to get this NOC?

Thanks in advance.

Getting Nominated is the first step and it doesn't mean you will get the PR. Based on your background check and securinity final decision will be made.

Province will give you nomination only if your job is in demand in that regionand easy to find job.so your questions of not getting the job doesn't comes into picture unless you voluntely do so.
