NOC 7237 - Date qualified to practice in Canada

Hello everyone! Any idea for NOC 7237 (Machine welder operators), which date should I enter since license is not required in Ontario for this NOC? If the person is a machine operator and not a manual welder per se should he indicate the date he started working? or the date he moved to Canada?

Started working May 2021
Arrived in Canada March 2021
