Dear All, I will be applying for a PNP in the Job Code NOC 4161. I have 8+ years of relevant experience in the field and a Masters degree from UK. Could someone suggest me a province where jobs in NOC 4161 are abundant? The sample job titles are - Environmental consultant, Environmental manager etc. Thanks in advance.

Well if for PNP, your only option is Alberta or Saskatchewan. Check the SINP website to see if your NOC is even eligible. Alberta doesn’t post NOCs but the have an ineligible and in demand list.

Well Ontario only selects certain NOC (tech and finance) and Quebec has its own immigration program not through IRCC. Check out the Quebec immigration website to see if you are eligible. Assume you are fluent or close to since your NOC may not be in demand. Plus your NOC is very much government/research organization based so being bilingual will help.
