NOC 4021 Changed to Skill Level A?

Hello All,

I have small question on NOC 4021 - college and other vocational instructors

I remember this NOC has always been in Skill B and now recently when the website is updated I can see it changed to Skill Level A? is it correct?

I am still using the old link to search for the NOC. Can anyone confirm this please
