NOC 4012 applicants suggestions and networking needed.

I have been looking for a way to connect with applicants that submitted an application (FSW or CEC) using NOC 4012 as their primary experience. I see conflicting information as to whether been working as a TA or RA while a full time student outside Canada is accepted as a valid work experience.
