I am a senior lecturer with a masters degree in a government owned polytechnic with 14 years of working experience. I have my ECA and CLB of 16. when i was filling my expression of interest application i chose Noc 4011, ie University Professors and Lecturers since my qualification and duties match the qualification and duties required in Noc 4011. i have brother in Saskatchewan so i chose Saskatchewan as where i would want to live and work. My total CRS score is 82 but when the draw result of October 2020 was released i was not selected for ITA not withstanding the fact that the cut off mark for OID Stream was 78. Should i change my NOC to 4211 or 2011? . or wait with Noc 4011 in the pool. what are my prospects?
