You want to visit their websites for these kind of specific questions. Different fields and different schools have different criteria, but mostly you will need IELTS or TOEFL.

Dec 10 or something. I feel really frustrated that they do not process my app and do not return my app. If I knew that they capped so early I would not apply. They do not even update their stats frequently on their website.

cic agents do not have information about the tracking number of my sent application which they have returned due to cap reach. Anyone who knows how to track the application which cic have returned back. they have sent to me through regular mail.

How many days it takes to reach from canada to india? it has been 15 days already since they have sent my application back.

It will take 2 months maximum by normal post.

Guys who expects return of applications keep in touch in this forum to track..will be useful for others..and this is the only way of tracking.

DD encashed: 12/11/2014
PER E-mail: 08/12/2014

Today is 96th day since I get PER email. No e-mail from Singapore visa office. It's looking strange. I don't know why Singapore visa office is not responding. Do you any idea about this reason? The number of people applied 11,500 out of 25,000. There are several visa office of Canada in all around the world. How many application sent after PER e-mail in Singapore Visa office ??? Hopefully not more than 1000/2000. Thus why are they taking so long time? Why are they comparatively slower than other Canadian VISA offices in all over the world ? Do you have any idea?

I have an experience of returning my application. My 1st 4011 app was received on 29th of September but could not be charged because of bank :-X :-X :-X It had set $100 charge limit without informing me and neither did not send me any SMS about CIC's efforts to charge their fee, nor showed it in Internet-banking. :-X So I received this app back in only the middle of February (don't remember exactly already) - about 1.5 months after unsuccessful charge. Now the question is - when will they start returning our apps, received in November and later. Logically, they could start sending them back already after receiving, but they didn't know up to December 16th that the cap is cloced : So don't worry about your app, CIC doesn't hurry.. We'll get it back, now it's better to relax and try to forget this immigration falstart like a bad dream... And try smth else..

The application is likely returning to applicants as NOC 4011 has already been capped in late Oct. It may take months to return your application due to CIC using probably the cheapest method to send an application back.
