Chahals4u is an error entry .. that applicants file was sent on 8th july and received on 15th July .. I know this coz this entry had created a big confusion earlier too and i have been following the forum a while now ..

Altho Shaz does have a point .. i am unable to find a link for the points calculation for FSW2014 now .. I guess this persons calculation shud b as under :

IELTS: 24(English only)
Exp: 15
Edu: 25
Adap: 5
Age: ??? - Do u guys remember wat was the points for max age ?

This totals 69 without age points .. Wat say ??

Age maximum - 12

coz if this person if 46 years of age then his/her points match perfectly ..

with the age of 46 he must have experience of 10+ years.

any way i have heard that few applications were returned because of incompleteness(original IELTS not provided ) not due to Cap.


so i guess this might be the same case with him if the entry is genuine.

If applications are returned not due to Cap then it means at least they proccess those applications which means cap is not reached by that time. We just need to know the reasons. How can we contact Sandy?
Any ideas? Also, there are no updates from people who called CIC or sent an enquiry(.

I think Sandy's entry seems to be genuine. First she applied 2171 and got rejection I am sure for cap filled. Second time she sent her application under 4011 and yes maybe she worked 6 years under 4011 NOC. But since we don't know the reason we can't conclude that cap is filled.

one of my frd 30Oct of 4011 is also waiting...

some nov applicants got uci by calling ... some called 6 time one got by first attempt. i think Oct applicants should keep trying.. one lucky call and mystery of 4011 will be solved ..

yes. I am still waiting for my PER. i am applicant of Oct 1st. And the payment was deducted on Dec 17th.

I just Checked the SS , Sandy's Remark section is empty !!!
Did she remove it ?

Is it possible for a person to have 9 band in ielts plus Phd with 6 years of experience scores only 70 points ?

i doubt that....

Yes its possible. the applicant could have scored zero for age. may be he or she is above 47 years.
