Yes i tried to call CIC but they are asking for the application number which i dont have....
Its not connecting to an agent as well... they are telling lines are too busy....
What 2 do next?

My advice is that you should keep calling to know the status of your application...... Send an email too

Congrats to your friend.... What was her mode of payment ? CC or DD? When was he/she charged?
