Thanks for the response Anu81. I think the changes to the exam eligibility/timetable for some foreign trained PTs in the US has resulted in increas in the number of applicants applying for credentialing in Canada. In any case, this is a blessing in disguise as it give more time to prepare for the exams.

Hi guys,
There is a lot of physio related jobs you can work in while waiting or preparing for the PNE. Its actually not a bad idea to work as a rehab assistant coz you get to observe how Canadian trained physios work and if you are lucky enough, the hospital/clinic may even offer to take you on as a full time physio once you pass. I am currently finishing up my last class for PLAR and will be eligible to take the PNE in the summer if all goes well. So hang in there!

Are you currently working as a PTA/Rehab assistant? Could you please provide links to those jobs? Thanks and good luck to all.

You are welcome miss1973. I also applied to the CIO in January. It looks like it is taking btw 3-4 months after submission to get the outcome of the eligibility review from the CIO. My credentialing is also in process with the Alliance, I submitted all documents in December.

Are you currently based in Canada or are you applying from your home country

I am in my home country, Spain. I´d like to land this year but I do not know if I will be on time. I sent my academic results to the CIO, and I realized I should send the general. I am sending it at this moment so they can attach it to my still in queue file. It looks like an infinite race.

good luck

I think London VO require the transcript to be in a university sealed envelope.

Hi guys, anyone here currently doing the credentialing with the Alliance. Does anyone have ideas how long it is taking the Alliance to complete the review once all documents are received. All of mine were received in December and the Alliance hasn't been forthcoming about how long it will take to complete the whole process.

Thanks for this. Have they received other documents from your academic institutions?
