can anybody tell me about the format of experience certificate, as i have worked with an ENT surgeon for last 3 years in his clinic, so i want to know about my experience will it count.if yes then should it be on his letter head...

for the job description of NOC 3112
You should have experience as GP able to do most of the duties mention in the link,
Experience certificate should mention the time frame in the field as GP/Family Physician( if you applying under NOC 3112) & what you are able to do as GP (your duties).
What do you mean you have worked with ENT surgeon ? in What capacity ? as Resident MO as Registrar ?
or you got Specialist Degree.

i worked with him as a medical officer and i also practice at my own so thts why i looking at both as gp and medical officer.

Why dont you join the post Doctor-3112 in the same forum. That would be more positive thing. However if you like, you can start one regarding NOC 3111.

I dontmean to offend you but at acommon shareplace more info about the same NOC would be seen/obtained.
