NOC - 2282 - User support technicians | Need experience certificate template and points

Hello All,

I am trying to get all the documents ready in advance for my EE application. Could someone share the template of the experience certificate and the required points for the NOC - 2282 - User support technicians as I need to approach all of my former employers and get them to issue the same.

I'm assuming "the required points for the NOC - 2282" means the list of main duties. Forgive me if I got that wrong.
As for the template of the experience certificate, (there isn't a certificate per se, usually a letter from your employer describing your job duties and employment details) I haven't seen one, but would be keen to see it if anyone else has.
