On ECAS only one line update "we have received your application......"

Is there any one else from Delhi VO who got the second line update on ECAS ? Or received MR ?[/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size][/size]

Do you think these duties are ok for a System Admin?

• Troubleshoot and Administer end user’s network account on the servers to ensure proper authentication and authorization.
• Work on tickets that were escalated by the first level support at the call center and provide problem solving solutions and/or work around.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to ensure effective resolution by making changes on the server administration consoles and avoid re-occurrence of the issue.
• Follow up on pending tickets to ensure proper issue resolution and closure.
• Adhere to service level agreement (SLA) by closely monitoring the metrics indicating levels of service thereby ensuring high availability.
