I don't think that is completely accurate due to the fact that on December 15th the applicant total was 750. Now in my honest opinion CIC would give any rationale to reject you despite what was written on the letter. It's either that or CIC was misleading in their applicant total. But nevertheless even if it was full, it couldn't have been Nov 20th because 750 would have had to been from that period. Another thing that I would like to mention is, yes first come first serve may be procedure but also consider if many people from one country or location apply for the same NOC group. Maybe they are capping countries so as to provide diversity within the NOCs as well. But hey just a thought. Its a sad case overall though because right now Express Entry seems to only favor persons WITH job offers. :-\

I want to ignore this as well but there are two guys who got rejection after being charged and cic sent an email to them that cap is full under 2281.

Taralshah case is different. The letter which he got is a gensric. It has common template which is used for graduate stream phd and fsw.
I think based on his documentation I observed is that probably his work permit issue is the main concern. His app got charged and status sh0wed in process( taralshah prev posts).

Regarding cisco member I didnt fi x bis any rejection post.

So guys who all applied under fsw dont pani cap is not full.

Okpritish case is similiar to taralshah. Mivky dont worry.

Received visa office transfer email. Now its Colombo, Sri Lanka instead of New Delhi. But the subject says "Acknowledgement letter". I don't think its AOR, is it ?

But I don't see any change in ECAS (still showing 1st line update). Is colombo visa office more stricter than NDVO ? On what base they are more straight and time taking ?

Hi to all, I did not recieved any ner email nor info that my file has been returned. My representative had confirmed that it was successfuly recieved. Regarding if cap is reach I do not have any idea, and it is right that working visa might be the reason for those who got ner. CIC agent told me that wait until 1st March and if no response then I can contact them.

Also, I have not checked my draft if it has been encashed. My assumption is that CIC is now screening and reviewing carefully all applicants from Nov to Dec.

CIC always select applicant carefully.... according to two applicant rejection after 20th November the cap seems full.. hope for the best and best of luck to all

ECAS Status will not for this event ...
Yes being a country hit by civil war for years ... any visa or immigration process will be strict ... i had experienced the same even when we transit through colombo many times ... in particular if you are from south India then they are more strict ... the time delay is because of more time take or spend on each applicant for verification ...
