NOC 2281 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

I applied under the category 2281 on October 22 and I came to know via my bank that my DD has been cleared in December but I haven't got any message from CIC confirming about receiving the payment. If my DD has been cleared does that mean that I have fallen in the cap. Can anyone please help me telling how long will it take to receive PER ?? What are the chances I fall in the cap 2281 ??

I´m also waiting for medical request, and I believe it will take around 20 or 30 days after PER. But it depends on the VO. Some VOs are taking 20 - 30 days.. others are taking 50 - 60 days..etc.

Hello All, our per dropped about 30 minutes ago. Can't believe they are working on Sunday.
App received 15th October
Noc 2281
DD encashed on 18th December according to per mail

Was worried when I noticed an app received on the 17th got per on Friday.

My Credit card was charged on 15th January, 2015.

Application received by CIO on November 17th, 2014.

Waiting for PER.

Sorry about consecutive posts but I need an advice here.

I'm planning to apply for US F1 visa for this summer or fall.

Is it a good idea to wait until the medicals for FSW and apply only for fall or can I go ahead with my US plans to study MS.

Do I need to come back to India for medicals?

What happens if my application gets rejected after PER stage? Will CIC refund my money. I paid 1250 CAD (Principal Applicant + Spouse + Kid).

I'm really worried, I can see a lot are getting their PER but I didn't get anything till now, and I don't know if my DD has been encashed either.
My application has reached CIC on October 14th (I have applied through an attorney).
I called CIC call center and I got my UCI number but there is nothing online on ECAS
I really feel worried as I don't know what is the status of my application. Please advise?
Anyone with the same date and didn't get any update till now?

What´s your NOC? The date and timeline are different for each NOC. Some NOCs are faster than others.

You´ll probably receive your PER in a few weeks. Can´t you call your bank to know about the DD?
My app date is September 29 and only got PER on January, so.. Your app is from October, so you´ll probably receive your PER a few weeks after mine.
