NOC 2281 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

My understanding is..

Lets assume that NOC 2281 was capped and last applicant charged was 20th Nov. So probably he was charged on 19th/20th Jan. So the CIC will start returning those applications received after 21st Nov. I know that CIC returns application by normal post that takes almost 2 months to reach country like India. I am saying this on my experience with first appliction for FSW 2014. So 21st Nov applicant can expect the application returned not before 20th March (considering 2 months in transit).

After completeness check which is done within 30 days,if the application is incomplete then it is returned straight away.

People not receivceing application back can be a reason of capping ,cz max day normally takes via normal post is 1 1/2 months after 30 days after file check.

May be like other nocs2281 application must be pending at VO , for those application the result can be YES or No.in case of many rejection at VO they will move forward else........

Because of hot nocs they can not sit back and wait for them to clear the work load,may be the reason they are nowadays working on the cold nocs.

Hi Guys is there any on from NOC 2281 waiting for PPR or final step.
i am 9th may applicant in NOC 2281 Category.
almost 3 months over.... Medicals Done and RPRF paid and Medical received by the NDVO on 31st Oct.

Lets hope the coming week they will issue some DM and PPRs.

i have one more Doubt that presently NVDO is working on 217* NOC Category...... Is it.......

As per 16 December update of CIC for NOC 2281 ,

Total of 715-applications(both PER+completeness check done).

After that only applications received were from 19th November till 31st December were 62 as per spread sheet .

Total application Cap 1000 - Total application received (715 +62) = 223 .

I don't think so its capped . As per records of previous applicants time lines of NOC 2281 its comparatively slow than other NOC's which are hot.

Don't lose spirit, NOC 2811 guys, our chance is still alive. As a honesty country, I neve think CIC will give any false information about cap consumed. I've noticed some guys waited for about 3 months and several days to get charged, for those 21st Nov. and onwards applicants, Feb. end will be the deadline based on experience, so remain optimistic.

No worry, no tension, just be patient, god will bless us.

I am a 2281 nov 21 applicant and waiting for cc to be charged too, Just one question I have seen in some blogs that a 1st DEC applicant under 2281 is charged, howcome is that which means the candidates betwwen 20th and 30th Nov are rejected or what ?

Hi hvkhurana,

I think it is too early to say it's been rejected, and my gut feeling is CIC was doing other NOC codes and figuring out something in the final stage. I am confident that CIC will shift their focus to NOC 2811 and carry out a new round of fee deduction in the near future, as even 21st Nov. applicants still have 20 days to see this happen.

As per last update of CIC in December last week, the applicants till 10th Dec. would be safe for 2281.

After that, cap might be full & the applications might get returned.

Most chances of Nov.15-30 applicants getting an update on charging & PER might be last week Feb. to 1st week of March 2015.

Strongly agree, looks like 217x is halted a little bit, now for IT category, 2281 is the only stock. Let us wait and see!

I am 20th Nov Applicant and I had regularly followed the CIC caps on thier webiste and I know that till 15th Dec 2015 the total applications for 2281 was showing as MAX 750.

So first thing I am sure of is 2281 CAP is not reached since 1000 is the limit.

Secondly, FSWP program is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE and looking at the same website the count of all the NOCs was not more that 17000 so it has actually not crossed the 25000 limit. See that I am talking about anything related to spreadsheet since it may have not all the users registered.

So ALL those whose file is reached by 31st Dec closing day of CIC office then it will be included for NOC 2281 and for all the other NOCs except whose 1000 cap has been reached before that.

2281s has high hope and keep your fingers crossed and sit tightly you never know when you will hear from them... Keep checking your inboxes

The only thing which I am not sure about is the situation where if 1000th Applicant got rejected then they pull other candidate or not for the same NOC to set the mark of 1000 or simply they stop there.
