NOC 2281 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

The time I saw CIC displaying the quota status for 2281, they received about :-

->493 completed applications - which means 493 received PR +ve decision
->295 pending complete applications - reviewed to be complete w.r.t. documentation & yet to receive a PER.
-> There was an asterisk & when I scrolled down to see that 1000 applications had been received in this NOC 2281.

This was around last week of Dec-2014.

One more thing I wanted to let you know that silence from CIC for anything above 2 months means you're IN. I've watched applications getting returned within one month of acknowledgement from CIC. Not sure if there are any post 2 months & getting returned.

Regd. 2281 - I am sure if your application has reached CIO within Dec 10th,2014 - you're almost IN.


If there is anybody from 2281 getting charged (CC) on Dec 1st, 2014 - then all complete applications(2281) reaching before that date are ready to go off the desks anytime. Applications with Credit cards obviously get charged earlier than DD's/ and there is nothing to worry about not getting a +ve status so far for Intl. DD's. Applications are based on First IN First OUT & not otherwise.

I don't think we need to worry of the cap being filled so early. Even December end applicants should be safe. Its just that CIC is charging Noc 2172 quite aggressively these days and our NOC sidelined. Its just a matter of time for our charging to take place.

Hi guys i am new to this forum applied under NOC2281, dd charged dec18th according to bank.... are there any chances of getting per as the timeline of 120days is over... very tensed please post if any seniors have any info regarding the process and delays....

In 10 days you will get PER. In some cases we can not know is DD is enchashed. You are in CAP. Relax ;D

It is encashed on 21 Jan as per bank..

Hi Deep,

Same bank as of yours.. HDFC. The person told me that even if he emails to higher level branch then they will further contact CIC and there are charges for that.
I am not sure about the process so I will wait for the month end and if nothing got then will ask him to again email and check.

Hope that I receive PER email by then... rather knowing that I am charged.. getting nervous now..

In less than 10 days, you should get your PER. A friend with the same App day 6th November and NOC 2281 got charged on Feb 2nd 2015.

So, it means that your friend who is a Nov 6th applicant got charged last Feb 2nd? under our NOC 2281? Some kind of batch process...
what is your friend mode of payment?... pls provide full details....
