NOC 2281 and 2282

hi all,

I have a query on NOCs 2281 and 2282. I have been working as 1st line IT support in 2 companies for around 4 years which comes under NOC 2281. Then I got promoted to senior role in the second company where my duties come under 2282. Can I include both NOCs in my profile?

What concerns me is that if i look up for NOC 2281 under exclusions it shows 2282. It is the same if I check 2282 where I see 2181 is under exclusion list

These two are different NOCs. 2281 is not a Support role and more of an IT role. You are basically a System Administrator if you choose this. If you're into Support industry where you provide support (can be technical) to end users like in call centers, then you should select 2282.
