Any pilots or flight instructors went through the Federal Skill Worker application? Unlike the other office jobs, the aviation authority specified that the maximum flight time is 100 hours per month and 1000 per year, and airlines usually prohibit pilots from working more than 95 hours. This occupation only gets paid by flight hours while the other duties such as pre-flight inspection and briefings are unpaid, the average monthly work hour is 85 as a full-time airline pilot. This aviation-specific regulation leaves the pilot's work hour way under the requirements from CIC which is at least 1560 hours per year. How can we handle these two contradicted requirements and justified our eligibility to apply for EE?
