NOC: 2232 Applicants

I recd my AOR email yesterday From warsaw/ poland office.

Any idea how these guys will do verification n how long it will take to complete the verification process.

Hi amy,

Congrats for ur AOR. Hope u will get ur Medical request with in 2-3 months. As per my knowledge, verification can be done with ur employment and funds. Apart from the both, there are no other verification's. CIC may randomly pick the applicants and do verification only if they have any doubt in terms of pay stubs or any other doc's which u submitted from ur company.

Inform ur HR and the reference guy about employment checks by CIC. Ask ur HR for every 15 days about any checks done by CIC.

I guess, from now untill ur medical request, CIC may do checks, if required. It's not mandatory to do checks, this depends on ur documentation and how well u submitted.

Congrats for your medicals compleetion...

how long it took for u to get ur medicals request after you recieve your AOR email (and from which office did u recieve your AOR email; I think u if ur VO is "NDVO" then u had not recd. your email- you have only got medical request email after the PER email. please correct me if i am wrong)

Hi seniors,

I hv 2 queries

1. Due to some urgent requirement I hv to withdraw 10% of money from my bank which I kept as POF. Since my application is in progress with warsaw office, can this create any problem at this time. Pls suggest shall I make urgent arrangements to get the funds corrected. Or i shall wait to hear from cic warsaw to provide fresh POF when they ask( might be at the time of sending MR to me).

2. At time of my application cad was @ 55 rs. When the officer will chk my pof, will he consider the cad rate at the date of my application OR he will consider the current rate to multiply it to 18097 dollar and on this amount he will do the verification with bank. Pls confirm.

Ensure that you maintain requisite balance in ur account till you undergo medical test

Dont know exactly which exchange rate they use to calculate the fund. Most probably they may refer the current rate.
