Has anyone else got medicals who falls under same category and NOC code?

Thank you,

can someone please tell me the difference between 38 occupations list and type 0, A, or B as per
The minister of citizenship, immigration and multiculturalism issued instructions which were published in the canada gazette on november 28, 2008

i have applied under 2174 and it will not come under 38 occupations list..(at the time of application i have completed 1 year stay in canada as an international student)

Is processing time same for FSW1 OR FSW2, FSW3? or any difference?

Also,Now i have completed my studies and on PGWP. If i get work permit from an employer in canada, can i send updated records with arranged employment option to immigration office? do they consider now? or if i want to use the arranged employment(incase if i get work permit) option do i need to re-apply again?

which one is faster? please let me know.
