NOC 2171 and CRS 432

Hi All,
Good day

My CRS is 432 and NOC is 2171. I was checking Ontarioimmigration.ca page and understood that Ontario sends NOI to the profiles created on or after Jan 1, 2018.
However, I created my profile in Oct 3, 2017. Does this mean that I will not get ITA from Ontario?
Please advise.
