NOC 2133 or 2147?

Hi all,
I have received an ITA and am in the process of submitting my eAPR under express entry. I am confused about the NOC code of my job. I am an analog IC design engineer. I have been designing transistor level analog CMOS integrated circuits for several years now. My job seems to match either NOC 2133 or NOC 2147. Are there other analog IC design engineers who have successfully used either of those NOC codes? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

My spouse has a similar problem. He is a digital circuit design engineer in India and the exact job title falls under NOC 2133 but the job description matches NOC 2147. Let me know your experience. thanks
