There is nothing to know as it doesn’t matter what NOC you have for EE. Any NOC in A, B or 0 that is over the CRS score is selected. So if your score is over 470 then you have a chance for an invitation. As for PNPs, do you have a job offer with LMIA. You are in a licensed profession so you may need a license in that province to be eligible like Saskatchewan.
