NOC 2011 Occupation not in the CIC website eligible occupations.

Please I have a question.

I am trying to determine the eligible area that my experience fits in more. I have 1 yr and 3 months continuous full time experience as a first line technical engineer. This job title and duties fits mostly into NOC 2282 (User Support Technician). However, looking at the list of eligible occupation listed on the CIC website, I can only see Computer Network Technician (2281) which my continuous full time experience does not fit into completely.

Will they consider my application and experience based on any matching occupation in the NOC 2011 list or will they use the list on the website which just shows the received applications?

No - they won't accept your application based on any matching occupation in the NOC 2011 list. They are only accepting applications for the 50 NOCs on the FSW occupations list. You cannot apply under 2282 without a permanent, full time job offer in Canada.
