I am about to submit my file under 1311 noc for SINP. I have earned my B. Com in 2003. One of friend who is now working as immigration agent told that 1311 will not be included now, when I asked him that why it was not included in latest PNP draw. What should I do?

Professions that are in demand are variable.

Thanks for the reply but my agent said it was not included because there are more than 100 nocs are there in SINP. And it was not included in last oct as well .so I am confused shall I go with 2311 or should I change it?

One of my friend is waiting for NOI since last September with NOC 1311.
What is your point?

That means they don’t need anymore NOC1311 as I said. Only NOCs needed are included in the draws. You have to put the NOC that best matches your job. You can’t just pick whatever NOC you want.

Did you search extensively through SINP draws?
You work profile should match 70% of NOC so makes sure you choose right NOC.
Yes I did...in previous year the noc was not included in 1 or 2 draws..but afterwards it was included in every draw. And my study only matches 1311 in SINP...
