I am having second thoughts on my NOC code I am a recruitment consultant with a recruitment firm. I help clients(employers) find the right talent and place candidates. Now NOC 1223 - HR & Recruitment officer is the right NOC or NOC 4156 - Employment counsellor.
The duties in both seem to overlap with what i do.Please help
