NOC 1221 Office Administrator vs NOC 1241

Hello,

I submitted my application with NOC 1221, office administrator. My job duties consist of both administrator and administrative assistant(NOC 1241) on my employment reference letter like 40(administrator)/60(administrative assistant). Both jobs are NOC B. If the case reviewer decided I'm an administrative assistant, would that cause rejection to my case? Thank you!
