NOC 1215 Working experience

Hi all,

I'm planning to apply under NOC 1215, since my job title is Sr. Sp material flow planning. However, there's a requirement :
Employment requirements

• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Several years of experience in the occupation supervised are usually required.

"Several years" experience really bothers me that I only have one year experience to work as material flow planner so far.

Is it possible to apply under NOC 1215?
