I need clarity on 1123 is it for people working as specialists in advertising & PR agencies only?
I work in a retail agency where we execute merchandising for FMCG clients. We execute their in store viability agenda for them. This isn't like advertising and I am in no way a specialist. I am basically handling the trade marketing function for companies and manage their field force and implement merchandising KPIs in stores across the country.
So yes I am in an agency but not in like a specialist way. I could fill under noc 0124 as marketing manager (since merchandising manager is not listed but its so close) But I am confused if all agency ppl must file under 1123???/ Please help
