You would have to be very lucky to get through.

I suggest think about changing NOC , and please try and apply quicker.

If not possible make sure have documents ready and hit on Express entry as soon as it is launched

I think you are referring to the 1112 NOC. 1111 is strictly for auditors and accountants, 1112 is a broad category and it says in the link you provided that in a realistic estimate, 1112 may have been filled as of 9/28/2014. Please double check.

Yes, 1112 seems to be occupied quite early now. 1111 has no pressure.
