Does it mean I am already in CAP?

What is the next step?
i didn't receive yet any email from CIC.

I am going to apply in category 1111 in December, i just want to confirm do i have a chance to apply......because i heard that the CAP 1111 is already full....please help me out here my file is almost completed...just waiting for my IELTS test results

I would encourage you to still apply. Since they are currently charging in mid September, more than likely they have done completeness check up to the end of September and maybe even into October. That therefore means that the current cap figure of 450 includes apps that aren't too far away. So you still have a very good chance of making it in cap.

NOC1111 - Application received 30 July. Still no charge to my CC.

I've seen a couple of applicants on the spreadsheet with same NOC code with later received dates that have had their CC charged or DD encashed.

Do you think I'll get charged anytime soon or my application has been returned?

Sorry to hear you haven't received an indication as to what's happening with your app at CIC. You may still have a chance though, since CIC charging is all over the place. Hopefully, yours is just one of them that they haven't got to as yet. Take heart, it isn't over until you get back the application package in your hand.

Hi Fellow applicants,

Applied under 1111, my application received on November 24th 2014, not sure if I can make in the CAP as I read on one of the other threads that the CAP status on CIC is not realistic, they only count an application after the completeness check is done and I think CIC is still 3 months behind with this.

hi i just sent my documents for WES reporting i would submit my docs for NOC 1111 by dec 26th, i know i have a very negligable chance, is it worth a shot of trying?? i am a chartered accountant with 2 years of experience. and want to understand that the numbers stated in cic for noc is 400+ is it accepted application for PER or no of applications received?? experts plzz advise!!

So I can inform you that 413 APP could be up to Sep, by average may be 80 APP per month which means that it will reach almost 560 up to NOV APP.
I think you have excellent chance to reach the CAP, Just follow up and be cool 8) , Good Luck

I concur with what Samoo2014 noted above. There is still a chance. Apply if you haven't already and keep the faith unless and until you hear the cap is reached . Probably, the most you will lose is the courier cost.

Hi-

You might have made it in the CAP but the issue is CIC will not accept any applications under FSW after 31st. Technically your application should reach before christmas to have any chance. I suggest youlookat EE route

Based on the current Ministerial Instructions (MI) in issue, FSWP 2014 will continue until 30 April 2015. This is the case until another MI is issued changing that, and none has done so to this date. Even the Minister of Immigration confirmed this via a Twitter Q&A session a couple months back. As such, FSWP 2014 will run concurrently with Express Entry (EE) for the first 4 months until only EE will remain. Persons applying from January 2015 onward will therefore have the option of sending to either of both open programs, until FSWP 2014 officially comes to a close.

I thing you should contact them and submit your membership certificate by fax.

How CIO will verify additional family members D.O.Birth and Name even there is no requirement to submit ID's, birth certificates or any document related to additional family (Father, Mother, Brother, Sister) of Principal and his partner.

I mean if a little mistake in D.O birth of one brother, then what are possibilities, need expert opinions.

Congrat, Sure you are within CAP, Wait 2 weeks or more for PER
