NOC 11100

Hi,

I received my ITA on Tuesday. I work as an intermediate accountant doing most of the duties under NOC 11100. My employer has signed off on the employment letter.
My concern is that I am not a CPA, and it is one of the employment requirements under this NOC. I have only completed one exam from the PEP modules, and I plan on finishing the CPA by 2025.............. if I get to stay

Is this going to be an issue?

I do have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Major in Tax and Accounting) and a Diploma in Accounting.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The “Employment Requirements” of NOC is not applicable under CEC. It’s written on IRCC website. You only need to make sure your job duties match the NOC code’s duties and lead statement.

I got my portal 1 email last week. Hopefully no hiccups after this... fingers crossed.
