Dear Hiema,

100% these duties are included in NOC 0711 as these are mandatory requirements for an efficient Construction Manager and if backed up with a Civil Engineering degree that is it..........

@ Pooja

Congrats.... At last we see some movement in our category..... can u please paste all the details of your E-case here for others to assess....

Thanks Zee81 for the prompt response, and yes it is complimented with a civil engineering degree. I hope this is sufficient
I know of two cases who have received their medicals
one applied in early June 2010, and the other I believe was in April 2010 or something ....

These cases belong to which Visa office?
By 'Applied' u means to CIC Nova Scotia or local Visa office?

Well, the first case applied to CIC in April 2010, and submitted supporting documents to Cairo VO in August 2010, got medicals in March 2012
The second case is a bit strange, as he applied to CIC on 5June 2010, and submitted supporting documents to Cairo VO in FEB 2011, got medicals in FEB 2012

Cairo office has less number of applicants i believe but still the processing time mentioned on CIC website for Pre-June applicants is 28 months (a month slower than London)... its strange that a person submitted full document in FEB 2011 got medicals but very heartening to see......

First case as u mentioned, closely matches with my time-lines but VO is London instead.... lets see if i can get something by March or April.... Hope for the best for others....

@Pooja ...Are you thru a Consultant OR did u apply directly... ??? :)
But now if London asking for all docs once again have they included the PCC's also in that?
How much time have they given...they were supposed to send MR isn't??
Best

Hi Prince
I applied thru a consultant
they have asked for all updated forms
Updated PCC required
they have given me 3 months to send all.
They should have sent medicals but didn't.
Do you think they will send Medicals & PPR request in one go?
