NOC - 0213 -Probationary Officer Contract letter -How?

I'd like to know that How can I provide contract letter with my previous employee as I was on probationary period and was only issued an appointment letter before I joined. I took that appointment letter with a Joining letter and continued the job for a year. I'd get a contract had I stayed there for over a year. I resigned from that job exactly after an year. Afterward, I joined this current job where I am leading the IT team for over an year now.

So , What to say to CIC about this?

appointment letter is fine. that is what they mean.

Employment letter or contract (if available) will work!

All you need is notarized appointment letter to CHC. Appointment letter itself is sufficient. In india I have not seen any employee getting any additional contract other than appointment letter.

But my 2nd job Appointment letter ony contained the following Info:

Designation
Salary
Period: Probationary (1 yr), permanent or not, decision would have been taken after an year.

Nothing more, Nothing was written about duties or responsibilities.

They ask for two things i think. One is appointment letter and another is a letter regarding your service from HR or from a manager. The second one should say your duties. Well, I am no expert, but that is how mine were. All my contracts/appointment letters say my title, initial salary, etc but it was the letters from the HR or manager that stated my duties. Can you get a letter from someone from your previous job.

I am gonna ask my 2nd job's manager to provide me with a reference letter with his business card. lets see what he says, If he denies, I will let this know to CIC.

When you look at the forms online on cic website. there should be a link to visa office specific forms. Those are appendix A.

yah, it says : Contract letter is a must. as well as the reference letter.
all from past and present employers.
it also says if you cant provide a ref letter from your current employer, state the reason why.
