Don’t think in a pessimistic way, that normal to get such kind of changes in your Ecase from RBVO to in process then from in process to In process with Date.
I think it’s a matter of time, and your Ecase will change to In process with real date.

True - this was my experience and this week (I suspect on Tuesday), my address disappeared.

This week, between Monday and Tuesday, my address disappeared too but NOW (i.e. today) address is back but no changes...still have In Process with date. Check yours maybe its back too...Am sure address came back today because as at yesterday it was still missing disappeared.

@Lukeke. You're right o! But now, they have made my current mailing address that of my lawyer whereas, I am not using my lawyer for this current application. My old application is being managed by my lawyer while my current has my personal address until the disappearance act. What do I do?

@ Goldenapple,

I suggest you let them know that the address for your current/recent application is not that of the lawyer so that they don't send your MR forms to him - the lawyer. Meanwhile remember to indicate your personal/desired address in your correspondence.

Sir,if ur lawyer is an authorised representative to act on ur behalf,vo will continue to correspond with him so long as u cancell his authrisation by expressively informing the vo on form no IMM5476E.The said form is available on cic website.

How is everyone? Hope life is treating you good. Any updates? My status online still shows RBVO, it says your application received on June04 2010, we reviewed it and sent you the reply on 30th Sep 2010. Your file is with ND High Commission

I was hoping that I would at least see change of status , but, that has not happened? I guess numerous people applied for IT manager position.

I heard from my consultant that people are not getting any interviews these days due to massive backlog, it's either you get selected or get rejected
