Any knows what is the maximum time to receive a passport request from the date 3rd line is updated? My 3 line(medical received) was updated on 4 Nov 2014 still waiting for 4th line to be updated(Passport request).

Any reason for such a delay.. i know its peculiar is there something to worry?

NOC 1112 from NDVO.

Raise GCMS and check the progress at the earliest

Your time line shows you have submitted the PCC after you filed your application. Did CIC ask for the PCC at a later stage or did you submit the PCC voluntarily before they have asked for it?
