I have MyAccount created on CRA website and I can see my returns.
Is it OK if we scan and send the returns from the CRA website?

I don't think I have kept my NOA letter I received from CRA over the years.

Please advise.

Thanks.

My lawyers explicitly told me to give them scans of the paper copy. They said CIC doesnt like the screen capture from the online my account page.

Also, moving forwards, you are supposed to keep all your tax documents and communications from the CRA for 6 years.

You can requests a copy of your NOA from prior years from the CRA.

Well my lawyer didn't think it was a huge issue.

It's all relative.

Hi,

My Notice of Assessment had not arrived via regular mail and upon requesting the same from Canada Revenue Agency, an alternative document was provided to me under the header: “Income Tax Return Information-Regular”. I have been informed by them, that this must be treated as the Notice of Assessment for the year 2011

Please call Canada Revenue Agency and request for “Income Tax Return Information-Regular”. You will get the doc in 5 to 7 business days.

its should be fine.
