NO VISA EVEN AFTER 127 DAYS

Hey! I did'nt get my passports back even after 127 days from CHC, New Delhi.

Please give your opinion and share with me, as I really need at this crucial stage....!!!

dear wait till to complete 11 months hence it is processing period after sending all doc.
u will sure get ur passport before the time frame.

There is a table that is maintatined where you can observe the time lines, average time is about 60 days but there are many many cases which are between 120 to 180 days

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE MR LETTER AFTER ECAS " IN PROCESS " AND WHAT ABT BACKGROUND DECLARATION INQUIERY?
I HAVE NEITHER RECIEVED ANY CALL FROM CHC ND NOR MY EMPLOYER.
what r the chances of rejection after file status is " in process " ?

At times it takes 3-4 months time.If you are processing through a consultancy or agency, request them to write a mail and find out the reason for delay.
