Hi, everybody. I have been applied as a CEC applicant for PR on November 13, 2016. After one year by the stupid mistake of an immigration officer, I received a refusal letter. I and my representative gave them pieces of evidence than I meet all requirements as my program needs. Obviously, that fact so strong touched the official person that he or she started to find something more. I responded for more than 14 requests and sent them unnecessary documents (for example: was required the copy of all the drever licenses I received in Canada-by LAW I have to destroy each previous after reaching a new one!!!) Finally, my case has been reopened on March 2018, but till now no one update on my account, no news. Me and my lawyer many times called to CIC and sent them letters, they do not want to respond, make delay in 5-6 months or just give a standard respond- TAKE A REST AND WAIT. I sent letters to the Ministry of Immigration of Canda even, but everywhere I was thrown away like garbage. In brief, right now I have nothing after 3 years of waiting. My family is out of Canada. I am asking everybody, who has had something equal advised me how to speed up the process or where I can find satisfaction and TRUTH...I have 2 University degrees from Ukraine, 1 Canadian degree(I graduated as PC specialist), 2 Traders licenses (309A-electrician and 310J-Truck and Trailer Technician), more than 5 years Canadian experience as a truck mechanic. I am employe on payroll, paying huge taxes !!! (TORONTO-ONTARIO) AND IN THE END I AM NOT ELIGIBLE IN CANADA. WHY? WHO NEEDS CANADA? WHO CAN SAY ME HONESTY?
