No update under sds , its past 20 days

I have 67% in graduation
Ielts 7 overall no less than 6
1 rejection, (i will not leave canada after my study)
Applied again on 5th september
Bio-metrics done on 22nd august
Medical done on 17th july
Review of eligibility started on 6th September
But after that no update , not even mesical passed or not.
What to do?
