No update on work visa application from 4 months

I have my acknowledge letter feom cic,

But 2day got answer by ivr

Unable to find my application with my details.

Pls any idea wat it is

Through consultant in canada. Ircc authorised and he is an lawyer.

Got lmia approved and got comformation letter after he filed the application

Their turn around time is 28 days for applications outside canada, if that dint work. Only hope to get it processed any sooner, have someone contact the LOCAL MP office in Canada.

Hi All,

I have applied for Canada work permit from India on 8th sep via online application. Next day I got confirmation that they got the application and begin the processing. From that day to till now I didn't get a single update from them not even the medical request. Please help me that what can I do further to find out the issue.
