No update for 9 months (Singapore visa office)

Hi everyone. I don’t get any contact or update from IRCC at all. It had been 9 months, Is it wried? Has anyone in here get into the same situation ?

Here is my timeline
Send application to Canada : June 2021
Aor 1: 9 July 2021
Send undertaking to Qc : 10 July 2021
CSQ : 12 oct 2021
Aor 2 : 2 Nov 2021
Biometric : already provided from Trv.

No further update or contacting since then.
My husband and I are worrying and frustrated.

You can try your MP; you should also order GCMS notes. You may find out that you need an interview and that is the delay, but it's only a guess.

GCMS notes: gcms is the IRCC system in which they record the processing, you get the notes by doing an access to information request: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy.html

I assume you can get the rest by google or from threads here.
