NO UPDATE AFTER BIOMETRICS-NON SDS STUDY PERMIT

I applied on 12th April, 2019. Got my biometrics done on 15th April and my application was forwarded to Bangalore ircc centre. Since then I haven't received any update.
I have received scholarship of 44000 cad at UofC for M.Sc degree.
B.tech(cse)-8.37 cgpa
Ielts- 7 with no section less than 6.
Please help.
