No update after 1 and a half months ?

if you applied inland, it's taking at least 4 months to get AOR from CIC. unfortunately, no one can tell you how long it will be until you get OWP, since you applied before the pilot program. there is no consistancy of who is geting issued owp, it seems to be random.

And OMG 4 months. I thought I'd be getting it soon. I did add a note and proof of my working holiday visa hoping OWP could be issued before current visa expires.

Here the waiting game begins...

Yeah it's kind of sad but I also think some officers don't get it either. I've heard horror stories lately. My husband says 'laughter is the WD40 of the universe' . Not sure where he got the quote from though. It's one of the reasons I'm still in good humor about all this. That and I could stay with him during this process.
