No update about sds application

Hi , could anyone help me with

I have applied for student visa through sds online for September fall intake...

I applied on June 27
Done biometric on July 2nd
Passed medicals on July 16th

After that it's been 31 days there is not update about my visa.. what should I do

It should never take that long. Send a Webform asking them about the status of your application.
