Guys my BIL is late, had MEP like 10 days ago, I wonder if this is because I have no other travel history outside Sri Lanka where I reside.. all of my other friends with same or later AORs have got BIL. Could this be the case? can they proceed background check based on local police cert and request BIL later on ?
