No Surname in Indian Passport. FNU in US Visa. Need help to apply Canada Visa

Hello Sir / Madam,

I am a H1b Visa holder in USA, my Passport ((issued in India) doesn't have my Surname.

Given is printed as Gedapalli Mahesh


In my US Visa this is how it is

Surname : Gedapalli Mahesh
Given Name : FNU

My name is showing as below in I-94
Surname : Gedapalli Mahesh
Given Name : FNU

Now I am applying for Visitor visa to Canada.

I cannot leave the Last Name / Surname field - Blank or N/A since its a mandatory field please help I will wait for your response

Do the same as in US Visa. For future get your name split on Indian passport. This FNU thing is a big hassle.

Can you please suggest me h1b best cinsutancies infromation as i am planning to apply h1b this year.
