No status but want to file tax?

Hi all
My uncle came in 2015
he's been living with us and was working cash jobs, part time.
He hasn't been filing taxes and wants to file tax
The thing is that he has no status and cannot file tax because it requires SIN CARD

Is there a way for him to file taxes as a visitor?
he is not sponsored or anything, he is just a visitor.

Has he been a visitor for 6 years? How long has he been out of status? Why does he want to file taxes? So many questions.

If he’s been here six years , he’s long past being called a “ visitor “, if he’s working for cash without authorization, well that would be illegal, and if he has no status, that would be undocumented..... not visitor

There's no way for him to file taxes. You need a SIN to file taxes.
